The CIRCEM's goal is to promote and develop research and education projects related to citizenship and minority groups in three major fields: citizenship, pluralism and politics; law and justice; francophonie and minorities.
Centre on Governance (COG)

The COG focuses its activities on the mecanism of localy based governance in public sectors, private sectors and community in a diverse society.
Centre for Research on Educational and Community Service (CRECS)

The objective of CRECS is to help develop, evaluate, and improve social programs and policies for citizens, especially those facing social exclusion.
Centre for International Policy Studies (CIPS)

CIPS’ mission is to support cutting-edge scholarship on international security and global governance issues, and to stimulate and inform public discussion of international policy issues.

The Centre on Public Management and Policy focuses on applied research as well as executive and professional training in the public sector management, especially regarding issues of concern to the federal Canadian government.
Human Rights Research and Education Centre (affiliation)
Director: Lucie Lamarche, Faculty of Law, Common Law Section
The Center's mandate is to further the discussion of the linkages between human rights, governance, legal reform and development. To support national human rights institutions in Canada and Abroad. As well as evaluating and working to improve domestic social justice institutions and programs.
