Washington Center Internships - Application file documents
Summer 2012
Your application file must be submitted before 4 pm March 2 2012 (DMS3160). It must contain the following documents :
- Faculty of Social Sciences admission request form
- Washington Center Application form (including the recommendation letters)
- a 1500 word letter detailing your interest to participate in the internship, the link of this internship to your program and futur endeavors
- Third-Party Authorization Form to Release Student Information
- $65 (CAD) - Application fees for Washington Center (check made out to the University of Ottawa or cash only)
- Transcripts (will be provided by the Faculty)
