Field Placement CRM4260 and Assessment of Field Placement CRM4317
Registration Procedure
Preamble:
Only those students who have attended an orientation interview with a Field Placement Coordinator and who have completed the Field Placement Registration Form will be able to register for the Field Placement in Criminology CRM 4260 and the Assessment of Field Placement CRM 4317
Step 1:
Determine the Field Placement session (annual, block winter, block fall) that is most suitable and inform the Field Placement Coordinator at the orientation interview.
Annual Placement: section B
Block Placement in the fall: section C
Block Placement in the winter: section A
Step 2:
Complete the Registration Form of the Office of the Registrar and return it to the Field Placement Coordinator during the orientation interview. The Field Placement Coordinator will send the Registration Form to the Faculty of Social Sciences once they have completed all the interviews.
Step 3:
Students who have not secured a spot in the section of their choice will receive an email from the Faculty of Social Sciences in order to inform them of their second and third choice. A more detailed procedure of this step will be provided during Information Sessions held by the Field Placement Coordinators.
Step 4
A confirmation of registration can be obtained by verifying uoZone.
Note: You must register to the same section of The Assessment of Field Placement (CRM4317) and the Field Placement (CRM4260). To these 9 credits of Field Placement and 3 credits of Assessment, only one another 3 credit course may be added.
