Jacques Henry Scholarship
Jacques Henry's career as an academic was centered on the University of Ottawa. In 1965, he joined the Department of Economics, where he remained until his death on June 29, 1989. With his death, the University lost a dedicated teacher and a seasoned researcher. His colleagues in the Department have set up this scholarship in his memory. Aware of the financial difficulties experienced by many of their students, this fund was established by the regular professors of the Department of Economics to reward academic achievement.
