Dr. Williams current research focuses on the processes by which the U.S. government plans for, and allocates resources to, national security and international affairs programs and activities. Previously, she was Assistant Director of the Congressional Budget Office, a member of the Senior Executive Service in the Office of the Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon, and a mathematician at the RAND Corporation, among other positions in government and the private sector.

No registration is required. This event is part of the CIPS series on US Foreign Policy After Bush.
