Judicial Bilingualism
Interested in the debates around Bill C-232 concerning the bilingual capacities of Supreme Court Justices, the Chaire has produced a press review on the topic of judicial bilingualism. A slideshow of caricatures on this subject was also created for the roundtable « Le bilinguisme des juges à la Cour suprême du Canada: Actualité et enjeux du projet de loi C-232 » which took place on September 29, 2010.
