- Linda Cardinal has been appointed as the coordinator of the first Francophone Studies Program / programme d’études des francophonies at the University of Ottawa. Including a minor and a certificate, this new program provides an excellent preparation for students interested in pursuing francophone studies. Program information (in French only)
Distinctions
- Linda Cardinal, professor at the School of Political Studies, was awarded the prize Clé de voute by the Fédération de la jeunesse franco-ontarienne (FESFO). This award is given to a francophone from Ontario who has become an agent of positive change within the community, in addition to encouraging the advancement of women’s issues. Congratulations to Professor Cardinal.
