Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Centre on Public Management and Policy at ajahn@uOttawa.ca
- When participants cancel their registration 7 working days or more before the course begins, registration fees are entirely refundable.
- Participants who cancel their registration 1 to 6 working days before the course begins are required to pay 50% of the registration fees.
- Once the course starts, full registration fees are charged and no refund is granted.
- Participants who are unable to attend a course may send a substitute, but must notify the Centre of this change.
