In Hot Air: Meeting Canada’s Climate Change Challenge, Jeffrey Simpson, Marc Jaccard and Nic Rivers explain the history of Canada’s climate change policy, the causes of its failure, and the options that we have to meet this important environmental challenge.

Jeffrey Simpson is national columnist at The Globe and Mail since 1984. The author of seven books, he won several national prizes, including the Governor General’s Award (English non-fiction) and the Hyman Solomon Prize for excellence in public policy journalism.
